1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MyVeridex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

MyVeridex is a trading analytics platform that connects to your trading accounts via read-only access to display performance metrics, trade history, and analytics. MyVeridex does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Trading Data

MyVeridex connects to trading platforms using read-only credentials (investor passwords or OAuth tokens).
We cannot place trades, modify accounts, or access funds.
Data accuracy depends on the data provided by your broker and trading platform.
MyVeridex is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed data and actual account data.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
A 14-day free trial is available for new users. No credit card required for the trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Public Profiles

Public profiles are opt-in. Your data is only visible publicly if you enable it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information displayed on your public profile.
MyVeridex may display a "Verified" badge to indicate broker-authenticated data.

7. Prohibited Use

Manipulating or falsifying trading data
Using the platform for illegal activities
Attempting to circumvent plan limits or security measures
Scraping or automated data collection without permission

8. Disclaimer

MyVeridex is not a financial advisor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. The analytics and metrics displayed are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyVeridex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or trading decisions made based on displayed analytics.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
