When you use MyVeridex, we collect:

Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Trading data: Account balances, trade history, and performance metrics synced from your connected trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, etc.).
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform.
Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

Display your trading analytics and performance metrics
Generate your public profile (only if you enable it)
Process payments and manage your subscription
Send important account notifications
Improve our platform and fix issues

3. Trading Data Security

We connect to your trading accounts using read-only access (investor passwords). We cannot place trades, modify your account, or withdraw funds. Your trading credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Supabase: Database hosting (EU region)
Stripe: Payment processing
Vercel: Application hosting

Your public profile data is only visible if you explicitly enable it in Settings.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
